I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious and modern rooms offering a lovely river view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. The central location was ideal for exploring the town, although the sound of a nearby church bell was a minor inconvenience. The dining options were good, especially the delicious fruit salads. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious enough for a family with a small child and very well-refurbished with modern facilities. Being next to one of the main roads through Appenzell made it super convenient. The rooms were clean, cozy, and felt just like coming home.

The hotel provided a spacious room for our family with a small child. Despite some noise issues, the classic room with a nice little balcony was charming. The service was friendly and efficient, which even included a ride to the station. The location was conveniently close to the train station but disturbed by the frequent church bell chimes. The dining offered a fabulous selection of cereals, yogurts, and more. The facilities were well-maintained and added to our overall enjoyment.
